I once worked in a rather large store in London.
One evening we were told MJ was on his way, so the store was closing early.
We had a choice as to whether we wanted to stay or go home.
    I went to the pub.
-Best decision ever, ‘cos I was only 8yrs old at the time.

If that’s the shop I think it is, in 2006 it was a great shop, The Bastion Gallery. Full of odd little gifts and curiosities that you couldn’t get anywhere else. Now it’s a yummy mummy paradise, catering for the Kath Kidston market. Pity.

well if you had frequented more and spent some shekels on a regular basis of those things you so liked then perhaps they would still be catering to your tastes but no, style mouths like you are all talk and no wallet, I say fair play to them if they are still in business since 2006, retail is tough enough without tightwad mouths putting a place down for selling what there is a market for.

He did spend two hours in that shop, but only to kill time while the chemist up the road got his prescription ready.
