It’s disgusting that Phil Hogan is allowed to continue in politics. The guy is completely incompetent and a total failure.
It should not be forgotten that Hogan has tried to destroy the successful EU directly funded leader rural development schemes, hand it to the county councils to administer, so his political buddies and lackeys can get their hands on the funding.
