Question 17 makes no sense and directly contradicts itself. “all users have equal right of way…irrespective of who has the right of way”.
It’s a question on the subject’s perception. It’s clunky though.
He is asking someone if they perceive something to be the case even if it is not the case? How can a person actually answer that? It also seems like a leading question to get the response he is looking for.

Most of them are pretty clunky. Ended up lashing in “Neither agree nor disagree” for a bunch because I genuinely couldn’t understand what it was asking me.
Fair play to the guy but the survey could have been better worded.
85 questions!?! The survey could be better thought out.

Would have been too much to have the list of counties sorted alphabetically? Just sayin.
Surely part of showing due consideration for all road users includes observing right of way?
