Yep. Worked there on two occasions totalling 7 years. I agree with everything you say. Nobody drives properly in the estate and the roads cannot cope with peak activity. It has stealth parking officers from DLR CoCo that patrol every car parked near the Beacon. It has overpriced shops and unfinished complexes. It has its own dismal microclimate.
