a) It’s a job, they’re working.
b) They already have a cert(level6) http://www.fas.ie/en/allowances+and+grants/apprentice+wages.htm
What justifies free labour for some businesses? None of the highlighted positions are in the spirit of internship (the ethereal professions) and the positions are short-lived (often to be replaced by another intern)
and without any qualifications (unlike apprentices who are paid and educated).
It’s a job- it’s going to be on someone’s cv anyway. How is this internship different to paying for the work?
Scambridge…..vote the bast**ds out.
