An inexplicable 4 inch tall model of the BB8 droid from The Force Awakens made from 18ct yellow gold studded with 860 diamonds.

Apparently the vulgar blingball took 400 hours to make and was up for auction (for charidee) at the Force 4 Fashion event last night in New York.

Bidding started at $135,000.
