I am from KillBiller, we’re a mobile app that helps you easily find the best mobile plan for your specific usage requirements .

I wanted to get in touch as we’ve been doing a bit of work around international call charges that we think would be of interest to Broadsheet readers. In order to help people better understand costs, and ensure transparency in the mobile market, we’ve built a companion site [link below] to our app.

This website allows you to compare the cost of calling any country in the world from Ireland, showing exactly what the rates are for each network. There’s huge differences in charges for some countries – so watch out.

      or Facebook messenger

or Viber, or WhatsApp (although calling on WA is a bit shite)

A nice idea, but a few years too late.

All True. Unfortunately obsolete app. Maybe they could look in to finding a way to book seats on airplanes without having to deal with pesky travel agents.

Yes, because they have great wifi and broadband out in that village in Bangladesh… and they all have iPhone 6s after their 12hr shifts in the textile factory.

Not everyone has the “Western” life….. for want of a better phrase….

Actually one of the revolutions in the developing world is the availability of cheap mobiles and networks. Landlines will never be installed in vast parts of the world. Internet connectivity is via 3G, not cables or wires.

Well this app is only to show you charges if you are calling on a mobile plan in Canada or Ireland. Not everyone has a western life. But this app is specifically designed for people not only just living in the west, but only two countries in the west.

Interesting to see that the cheapest price to the likes of Australia, Canada, New Zealand and the US is 15c, while China is 3c,

Is it just me that hates the way website design is going?
Big, illegible & too much wasted space.
Need a 24″ tablet to make sense of it all.
Utterly horrible to look at on a desktop, instantly closed the tab because of the design.

Good luck to the lads in their business but those websites….
