Why would you expect a good experience in there?
Because they don’t print bad reviews?
If it’s a review of their website – I can’t find too much wrong with it.
If it’s of their store (never been) – wtf went wrong and why the keeping shtum?
I find when I try to re-order products by price then go to show all products on one page the re-order by price filter is gone. That’s what I remember about using their site.
I’d say you’re a joy to work with, when you’re not on broadsheet setting everyone straight that is.

what site did you leave a review on? Was it for their site or the store? That stuff can be quite technical. If it’s on Trustpilot or something like that, they’re not allowed to flag negative reviews for no reason.
