Hey who’s the chump who keeps cruising around town in a classic Mustang which still has its US plates on long after they should be gone? He does laps around town which is either posing or someone really bad a finding a parking spot.

In fairness, he needs to find two parking spaces together. He still looks like a numpty, though.
