Don’t like the look of the neighbours and their self contained dump.

The ideal tenant thinks laterally, eh? That’s an unusual remark for a landlord. Cryptic, too. I wonder what they mean? Do they mean people with the creative thinking to see it as other than an unsuitable kip to live in over the winter by seeing it as an opportunity to freeze to slow suicide?

I think it means you have to walk sideways into the bathroom.

700 big ones, though. Even in this rental market, I would consider that ambitious in Donabate.
The problem is, someone will end up living in it.
Still, it’s not a long way down, I suppose.

During the last acute housing crisis, while the government of the time was sitting on its arse not building social housing also, there were trailer parks sold as ‘starter homes’ all around Dublin/North Wicklow. I’m actually surprised it hasn’t happened this time
They were usually concrete mounted with very permanent plumbing and power, though.

There is a correlation between the majority voting for inept, wholly corrupted and financially illiterate politicians and what we are seeing here. In the words of Kent Brockman “I”ve said it before and I’ll say it again, Democracy doesn’t work”….
No planning, anti-social vested interests too powerful, government is kept weak. ugh.
