Does “top tips to help your students combat obesity” include cycling to school?

It should be tip #1. Pretty much every secondary school in my town is serviced by a high-quality cycle lane: all are unused.

Neilo
Well, there’s a few of them here.

I was about to suggest slow cooker too, bung everything in before you leave for work in the morning and you’ve got dinner waiting for you when you get home. Takes about ten mins of actual effort.

Real food can be quick to !
Or cook a big batch at weekends and freeze portions !
