    I don’t get it.
Fair play that eir are willing to let novice drivers work on driving their vans. Hopefully it’s an apprentice serving his or her time getting a useful trade.

Totally irresponsible letting someone with a full driving license pilot a commercial veh-ickle like this.

Don’t be so quick to judge. She might have been driving in the middle of the road or swerving recklessly.

The photo was taken while stopped in traffic. The key was removed from the ignition , thereby causing the vehicle to no longer be a ‘Mechanically Propelled Vehicle’ (As defined by Road Traffic Legislation). Result: No RTA offense committed. The same defence offered by solicitors when their client is before the courts for the offence of Driving whilst under the influence of alcohol , and said solicitor is pushing for a lesser charge of ‘Drunk in charge’. The defence is used every day in the District court. Simples….. The law is indeed a bum part.
