Might as well be abandoned. Easy pickings for certain people in our society who use dogs like these as bait dogs.

Tape wrapped around their muzzles (to prevent them being able to defend themselves) as fighting dogs are set upon them.

Don’t leave your dog (part of your family) tied up and left alone as you go to a store.

They may not be there on your return.

Not only are they at risk of theft, but are essentially defenceless if they encounter another larger dog who attacks them while tied up!

      No. People come before pets.

I find that those who love their animals more than people have issues relating to others and use their pets as a surrogate human relationship.

A flight attendant friend of mine once had to kick a woman off a plane for trying to breastfeed her cat

Good luck getting a real occupation Andy!
When I was laid off for a bit I went around taking photos of 1970s industrial estates, believing them to be doomed to city parks and Bertie Bowls. Got me outta the gaff……

Before I had the car to leave the dog in I would leave the dog tied up outside the local shopping centre, she would bark non stop, you could hear her from anywhere in the SC, dirty looks from the security guard on the way out!

I run an illegal dog fighting ring and I steal dogs for baiting the fighters all the time, exclusively sad looking dogs from outside shops. I also run a traffic light windscreen washing service staffed by homeless people, and certain breeds make excellent shammy’s. looking at you Pomeranians.
