Enda Kenny “will not invite Trump”

    Lol!

Does Enda Kenny have nuclear codes? Maybe the defence forces have a little national self-destruct switch fitted under his desk?

Enda Kenny cares as much about the Irish (illegal or otherwise) living in America as he does about Irish citizens living in Northern Ireland (or anywhere else for that matter) – i.e. couldn’t give two f*cks.

Pathetic leadership. Irish political establishment are a bunch of spineless, gombeen imbeciles. And their feminist-inspired dinosaur media cheerleaders have also backed the wrong horse. Village Magazine and the Irish Times are a disgrace. Watching them squirm in their dying days is entertaining, but the effects on US-Irish relations, the economy and Ireland’s contemporary culture is tragic. Many individuals have suffered/are suffering and many are going to leave, go out of business or be forced to set up elsewhere. The high quality will go to where they’re valued, and the low quality dependants will stay behind. Sinn Fein will thrive in a country where the majority are dumbed down and dependant on The State (soon to be Sinn Fein’s State) for their wellbeing.

    Reap what you sow.

Have another pint and a bleary stare at the stars. Sure twi’ll all be grand.

    You aren’t far wrong.

re. “Sex & Drugs & Rock n Roll..”

saw an interview once on telly (think it was south bank show) with the great Ian Dury….interestingly he explained the reasoning behind those lyrics of said fine tune was actually a bit of a poke at norms….he was asking people to look around themselves and consider all those other great things they could be doing for enjoyment like going for a walk in the park or an oul swim, visiting art galleries…

smart man sadly missed think I’ll put some Blockheads on

Are you sure he wasn’t talking about “reasons to be cheerful” Martco?
Agreed on Ian Dury, brilliant songwriter but not a terribly nice chap by all accounts.

          1. No more mr nice guy

Blockheads were all seasoned jazzers I believe. Had serious chops. I love Dury’s wordplay though personally as a whole record long of jazz onanists cumming all over every song can be tiring to listen to. Hit me with your rhythm stick. Two fat ladies. Click click click. That’s sort of really clever and witty.

    Stop messin’…
I’m in McDonald’s, and I took a free squint at the complimentary (towards FF) Sunday Constipation Independent ‘newspaper’.
It”s quite funny actually… There’s a puzzle on the front page where you have to guess how Brendan O’Connor passed his Leaving Cert.

I nearly fell off me double-sausage and egg McMuffin.
