TONIGHT, Friday February 17: Girl Band, Rusangano Family, Lynched & more @ Vicar Street (€30)
Nialler9 writes:
Tonight three of Ireland’s finest and very different bands in the genres of rock (Girl Band, above), rap (Rusango Family) and trad (Lynched) play in Vicar Street in aid of Pieta House. There’s also a DJ sets from James Vincent McMorrow Geoff Travis (Rough Trade) & Aisling O’Riordan….
Girl Band owe their whole shtick to poor mental health.
Girl Band are utter muck. Noise for vaping edgelords.
They really aren’t. Amazing musicianship. I’d recommend this :

I dunno about these yokes man…. no wait, somethi…. nope, just indigestion….
I can see myself liking this at one time…. in a field, off me bean, or something… the good old days of kidulthood or something…
What’s he wailin’ about anyway?
can’t wait for this gig, you lot are just grumpy :)
I didn’t say it was bad… I even said I might be liking it… in the right place :)
Enjoy
cheers, Clamps
I thought Lynched were supposed to be changing their name?
Also… the hanging connotations… a suicide charity… Eesh.
They really need to change it.
Mama Cass choked on a ham sandwich…
Urban myth is a good name for a band
The Geoff Travis DJ set could be phenomenal!
Bollix, probably already finished.
