The greatest ever stand up imho, would love to know what direction he would have taken had he not passed at such a young age.

Better dust down that 2 hour transcript again. Luckily; all matter is merely energy condensed to a slow vibration, that we are all one consciousness experiencing itself subjectively, there is no such thing as death, life is only a dream, and we are the imagination of ourselves. So Mr. Lee is, as always, half right, when condensed to a slow vibration.

Well said Hicksonian. What a name btw. In fairness to Stewart Lee he is a big Hicks fan.
As the organiser of this event. I am proud to hear see read and meet the most wonderful of people who are inspired and influenced by Bill Hicks. There will be a lot of love and energy in The Grand Social tonight. It’s amazing how Bill’s popularity and legacy is growing day by day. His philosophy and music we will be taping into and of course his straight talking and hilarious comedy will be the inspiration for over 20 Comics, Poets, Singers, Contributors. Special guest is Bills Brother Steve Hicks. And of course Bill will make an appearance or 2 ir 3. All door/online/raffle receipts go to ‘The Bill Hicks Wildlife Foundation’
    Thanks for the promo Broadsheet.

Good luck with tonight Johnny. Send Mr. Lee a shout out for next year’s event. He’d fit in nicely amongst that line up. Some great names in there. It looks set to be a doozy of an evening.
