There appears to be an endless supply of programmes featuring millionaire comedians enjoying holidays the rest of us could only dream of – all expenses paid. They, and Palin, and Bryden and Coogan, can eff off. YES, I AM bitter :-D

The Trip was fantastic, this probably isn’t.

It’s probably slightly more entertaining than Sheik Yahbouti and Joxer off to magaluf for a fortnight though.

The end of series 3 was a bit nuts though wasn’t it?

( don’t want to spoil it for anyone not up to date )

There were moments where I was literally crying with laughter so I’d say yes, absolutely although I have recommended it to other people who thought it was gick.

If you liked the first two series you’ll definitely enjoy it, it’s more of the same in a different, gorgeous setting.
            What’s not to like?

No the Sheik and Joxer in Magalluf would be v entertaining. The same crew in S.E. Asia would be even more entertaining – you snob.

      Sean Lock and Jon Richardson
      Micky Flanagan
      Daniel & Majella
      Idiot Abroad
      Richard Ayoade and friends
David Attenborough is the biggest joker of the lot though… :-)
Prob loads more. It does make one feel bitter alright.

PS Reservation. David Attenborough does not deserve to be on your list. There are creatures alive today who wouldn’t be, had he not copped on.

Agree, that man could fly to the moon on tv licence money and I wouldn’t have an issue.

Ed Byrne wouldn’t have a career only for Dara O’Briain. He’s not funny.

I’m not disagreeing – but what’s your take on these ‘programmes’??

      1. Percival

Don’t mind them. I loved the Trip. But prefer people who know a bit of history and politics to give everything some context. But that’s just because I’m a square.

  3. By Popular Demand, Frilly Keane

    I’d love t’do that

    Meself and Batty

and Bodger multi-tasking as we go

    Moderating and Peddling

  4. Kieran Nice Young Chap

Didn’t Byrne pop up again on Dara’s ‘Three Men and a Boat’ series?

He’d want to get himself another hobby
