Some long term ideas for DCC right there.
What should DCC be doing to take on potential terrorists, if it was even them that blocked the bin(s)?

DCC is removing litter bins all over the city. The given reason is that people put their domestic rubbish in them. People didn’t do that so much before home waste collection was denationalised…
An odd response, remove one service, and if people respond to that by using another, remove that too.
We now have LPT (whether we approve or not) and yet DCC are providing fewer and fewer services and instead engaging in ludicrous “Grand Plans”, just how is this money being spent, and who is benefitting?
And still the thicko with the ice cream wrapper couldn’t hold on to it until the next street/available bin. Too heavy was it you plank?
I weep for this world.
