I’ve seen countless similar videos with weightlifters, strongmen going through their eating routine. Eating every 2 hours, forcing it down, body like a furnace blah blah blah. But when are we going to see them taking enormous dumps every few hours? Visiting the bog 4 or 5 times a day?
Between eating, training and pooing there really mustn’t be time for much else.
