        He’s referring to the notoriously mercurial nature of the Portuguese. It’s like Aristotle himself once said, “The political will of the Portuguese is that of a spinning coin”, but the damning truth behind the secret lessons of history is that where Portugal goes the world follows. Gosh, those titans of men, those Portuguese, their continued relevance takes my breath away.
