Thanks Ross O’Mullane
September 16-17th in 1997 were both a Tuesday and a Wednesday.
Says so on this diary page I’m reading.
It was my then girlfriends 21st the Sunday, the 15th 1997.
I was 22 a few weeks later.
What a time to be alive.
Leeds beat Liverpool 4-3 on my 21st, Cantona got a hat trick, I don’t think the pain has ever fully healed if I’m honest.
Only a mere 17 years ago.
This year is Liverpools year.
Longer than that sadly, you’re thinking of the Viduka match
You’re like that ex you think has become a fond memory, then you see them late some night and realise you haven’t moved on and you were only lying to yourself trying to believe things are better now.
Thanks, I think… :)
was that David James’ debut? I remember thinking he looked the best keeper I’d ever seen.
Unfortunately, he believed that too.
Out of two, I’d give him one.
David James or Bertie?
I’m more like Sid James :)
Yerrah, sure, why not both.
I’m easy.
*dead-eye stare*
GPS coordinates please

Bervie, I believe it’s no coincidence that your recent absence coincides with the coutinho transfer saga. I hope you’re OK now. You might even get to see Rooney score against man u tomorrow. Alas that won’t be free.
Sorry for the typo Bert
I’d say he’d settle for beating burnley at home at this stage
I have my AI ticket, I’ve bigger fish to fry this weekend :)
oh sweet. envy you. hope it’s a good one – have a sneaking suspicion it’ll be a cracker.
Like a kid on Christmas Eve I am :)
A truly traumatic time Scottser, I won’t lie to you :)
genuinely think Liverpool look better without him. salah’s getting better and better.
Well roar loud and hard for the dubs tomorrow Bert. Enjoy both the match and my envy..
I sure will Scottser, and every time I run out of breath I’ll think of Shayna and shout that bit louder.
…wonder what time the Psychic Fair in Limerick starts at?
It’s scheduled to begin at 3.30pm, but due to unforseen circumstances it will be delayed until 3.50pm.
BOOM!
Up the Dubs.
