   September 16-17th in 1997 were both a Tuesday and a Wednesday.
   Says so on this diary page I’m reading.
   It was my then girlfriends 21st the Sunday, the 15th 1997.
   I was 22 a few weeks later.
   What a time to be alive.

      Leeds beat Liverpool 4-3 on my 21st, Cantona got a hat trick, I don’t think the pain has ever fully healed if I’m honest.

         Bervie, I believe it’s no coincidence that your recent absence coincides with the coutinho transfer saga. I hope you’re OK now. You might even get to see Rooney score against man u tomorrow. Alas that won’t be free.
