Past and present female TDs and Senators -imcluding Deputy Leader of the Green Party Catherine Martin talking to medias (top) gather to mark the occasion of the first working meeting of the Oireachtas Women’s Caucus.

The cross party group will focus on women’s issues and increasing female representation in the dáil and Seanad.

    No gender balance there then. Why isn’t it a ‘people’s caucus’. Can men not focus on more wimmen in the Dail?

    Hmm, the top pic looks a tad ominous, with the crane in the background. At least the “Gals” weren’t asked to do a “Les Girls” pose.
