you can delete this one too – when I expressed admiration for serena williams, it was (obviously) directly relating to her determination to defend her australian open title this month having given birth in september. an extraordinary athlete. but do what you want.

and 23 grand slam singles titles

greatest tennis player of all time

entitled to go on about whatever she wants

            I’d say greatest player

and if there was a list of greatest ever athletes, she’d be high on that too. she’s extraordinary.

It’s fact. Most women’s sports are not comparable to mens. Eg; the recent women’s world cup was laughable. The standard was deplorable However the auld gender equality nonsense ensured it got plenty of coverage by RTE.

don’t mind ‘most’ or rugby, we’re talking about serena williams – and technically, tactically and mentally, she’s the best tennis player around.

            that’s irrelevant

would you agree that a particular lightweight boxer could be regarded as a far better boxer than a heavyweight boxer – even though he’d have no chance of actually beating him?

I don’t think Conor gives a poo what anyone thinks at this stage. He has made his money and is free to do whatever he wants. It’s a nice place to be so good luck to him.

        Played the game and won
The bitterness of those who don’t like sustains him now

I was thinking about that last night when I saw David Letterman interviewing Obama: Obama was wanging on about Dad-dancing with Prince. He was relaxed, funny and cultured. The current POTUS really has no class.

Didn’t see the reg. It was a big white SUV covered in various small sponsorship stickers so I doubt it was a rental. Probably a commercial vehicle related to the summit, I’d image.

Nigel Farage says there should be a second referendum on Brexit. Things are really going to get interesting now so.
