Sean Spicer
On The Late Late Show…
Gareth Naughton writes:
Former White House press secretary Sean Spicer will be interviewed live on The Late Late Show this Friday. A key public figure in the early days of Donald Trump’s White House, Spicer will be giving viewers the lowdown on what it was like to be part of one of the most controversial US presidencies in history…Spicer will also be chatting to Ryan about coming to Ireland to find his much-mentioned Irish roots.
Fight!

Soft soaped fear and adulation from the child on stilts, as usual.
It’s not prime time until after 11pm and then it’s usually a nice easy one.
Why do I keep expecting better? I do it to myself (that’s what said) etc. Goodnight Rosin.
Ugh, why are we giving this jackass airtime?
Ah Ryan has his moments in fairness.
Probably due to his close involvement with the most powerful and controversial man on earth. Would you rather all interviews were with people you agreed with?
Most powerful? His string of failures would suggest otherwise.
he’s got a bigger button than you..
He has successfully stripped away rafts of environmental protections and regulations, which tends to get forgotten when people talk about his string of admittedly spectacular legislative failures.
Record breaking stock market, US unemployment at its lowest in almost 2 decades, black unemployment at an historic low, black home ownership up, ISIS in the run, North Korea at the peace table, the passing of a radical tax bill which has led to companies giving bonus’ to ordinary workers and raising the minimum wages they pay, US corporation’s repatriating their oversea profits and investing in the US economy, growth in GDP now over 3%, an executive order to boost apprenticeships, a small business fund for woman totaling $300 million, renegotiation of key trade agreements, declaring an national emergency in relation to human trafficking, signed an EO preventing American’s doing business with those convicted of human rights violations….
That’s some string of failures alright.
This is a light entertainment show and Ryan doesn’t do challenging interviews so it is fair to suggest Spicer is an inappropriate guest
I don’t follow your logic.
Oh yes you’re right Dinger. This is going to be a real hard-hitting interview that cuts to the heart of the biggest issues of our times. How silly of me to think it’ll just be a fawning puff piece.
Where did I say that’s what it’s going to be?
I wonder does Tubbs ever feel bad about wasting his opportunities interviewing interesting people by asking them absolute fluff questions?
And d’ya LIKE Ireland now? And sher do ya LIKE de Irish peeeeeple now? Ara was yer granny IRISH now, peitin? TELL ME I’M A GOOD BOY.
+1
I doubt he feels bad. He just looks at his paycheque.
The questions people want to hear answered are off limits.
A few years back he had a woman on who talks to angles. Tubs asked her questions as if it was the most normal thing in the world, no scepticism at all.
Do you prefer 45 or 90 degree angles, lady?
I like acute ones best
I find most ladies like it 180.
Ryan: So Sean, what’s your favourite colour?
Spicer: The colour of your eyes Ryan
Ryan: aww… and whose better me or Pat Kenny
Spicer: you pudding…
Ryan: thanks for joining us everyone, another hard hitting episode of the late late covering all the big issues
I rather enjoyed that interview
They’ll love each other. Like school kids trading Presidential trump cards :)

No puns were harmed in this.
Wouldn’t it be brilliant if it turned out to be Melissa McCarthy playing Sean Spicer instead of the real Spicer? Every time he was interviewed for anything, on came Melissa McCarthy instead?
Predictably enough it seems that Ray Darcy has plumbed those depths.
Ray D’Arcy trolled the audience with the fake Jack Nicholson on his show last nighthttp://dailyedge.ie/2408911
