You’re advertising a cult. “Myerscough is the grandson of renowned horse trainer, the late Vincent O’Brien. He is also the chief executive of Educogym, the brainchild of businessman and controversial mind guru Tony Quinn”
Oh.
i had an interview with them once. very wierd. All they wanted were glorified salesmen. Fat burning Diets consisting of cream and bacon for breakfast
cream and bacon you say ?
So you’re doing this now……
D.C. Comics sponsoring the gym too?
Educogym ask you to eat very little and work out hard.
Kinda like “Country’s Biggest Loser” TV shows.
The problem there is that it’s not sustainable.
Your hunger instinct is heightened, and your metabolism is lowered, for life.
The chances of you keeping the weight off are very slim.
Yep this yo yo nonsense boopily-boop-boops up your bodies store reaction when you even eat normally again
My mum joined before my brothers wedding and they had her taking creatine. She was 68 at the time. Seems beyond irresponsible
The amount of supplements they try give to members is unreal
Whats wrong with taking creatine at any age? I don’t use it myself, but I thought it just improved muscle repair?
Its mostly to bulk you up but not taken correctly can be damaging to your liver.
Regardless, throwing supplements into a 68 year old woman is just madness. Was raging when I found out
Creatine is a natural compound, it helps recycle ATP, it can give you some more stamina, It does nothing to “Bulk you up”.
Furthermore creatine does not cause damage to the liver or kidneys. Creatine is the safest and most researched supplement so far.
Seems beyond irresponsible that you wouldn’t educate yourself on all the facts..
What a bizarre photo to use. A very ‘lumpy’ superman (and not in a good way) against a very beautiful Ms. Horrigan.
I did the three month course a few years ago. It’s all very sales driven and they try push supplements on you every time you go in (7 days a week at 20 minutes per session – all resistance work and no cardio)
The results were good, but I was miserable on a high fat, high protein, no carb, no sugar diet. I would have murdered for a slice of toast. After I left the weight went back on within three months. Totally unsustainable.
