I think you got the 1.5m positioning wrong. It’s to the side of the cyclist, not to the front.

It doesn’t say it’s a human right in the cartoon (though there are plenty who see it that way,) and it doesn’t call abortion a ‘decider(?)’ on adequate health care, though it suggests that it should be a part of an adequate system of health care which, being pro-choice, you can hardly disagree with?
