Fridays papers has links to the Digital statement on its proposed bond swap (default) and the Moodys analysis.
So far none the Irish media has reported that both Moodys and Fitch view these proposed swaps as default.

“This exchange offer would result in the maturity dates for these notes being pushed back by two years and additional structural subordination of the existing 2022 notes. These actions, which are being made by Digicel Group in an effort to give the company additional time to execute its deleveraging strategy, constitute a Distressed Debt Exchange (DDE), per Fitch’s methodology”
There’s a very simple solution to all this,DOB cold inject some equity into Digicel,but does he have it, the answer would appear to be NO !
A few choices left, seek protection from creditors (bankruptcy) to reorganize or accelerate the fire sales of assets/company, either way DEOB’s entire fortune has efficiently been wiped out,he’s a few bits a pieces left but this will have very significant implications !
It may result in the sale of INM-decision due Tuesday on appointing those inspectors.

Trump attended the annual SF dinner a few times,DOB’s rag got a copy of a picture from it and well,I guess given DOB’s empire is crumbing,you could say Trump as POTUS is on a victory stopover……..
