If a tree falls in a local park, and Fingal CC are not around to clear it, Can I go out and take it home for firewood?
Can you use a chainsaw in a local park?

Did it make a sound ? Ive ovten wondered about that old adage…

“If a tree falls in a forest and no one is around to clear it, does it make a sound?”

A sound does not cease to exist simply because we are not there to hear it.

It strikes me as a sort of human arrogance to think otherwise.

And that’s my hot take on the matter.

The Corpo should get the chairman of the Transportation Strategic Policy Committee on that.
