A group from Spinal Injuries Ireland will travel from Cork to Southhampton in England for its inaugural Tall Ships Challenge as part of a fundraising initiative for the charity.
They are currently looking for a crew of all abilities to take part in the crossing which will be led by paralympian John Twomey.
Each crew member will be required to fundraise €3,000 and participants will be supported with advice and tips on how to fundraise.
The closing date for applications is April 1, 2019.
