Total ripoff (obvs not Balla Bán Gallery, I’m sure it’s great value).

Argos usually offer their crappy €10 off €100 spend vouchers for Black Friday. Not this year.
Halfords have a tiny collection of bikes with up to 40% discounts, but they’re overpriced in the first place. No discounts on decently-specced decent full price bikes.
Debenhams used to give 50% off a wide range of products, was useful for watches and mens formal shirts. You might get 20% off today.
Boots have some decent toothbrushes with good discounts but (a) the full price has been hiked and (b) they don’t have the particularly good value mid range tooth brushes in stock.
Marks and Spencer used to do 50% off fragrances, particularly good value for single source fragrance, not this year.
North of the border, Tesco is offering 25% off 6 bottles of wine, but they often discount the heavily marketed brands by 25% anyway, not today. I see Tesco down here in Treasure Island is amending its 800 products campaign (guaranteed to be cheaper than rivals on 800) to be “more focussed”, presumably less than 800.

All in all, a lousy day, you might say “a black day”, for consumers.
