The government haven’t their sticky paws in the CBD trade and haven’t had the chance to tax it to the hilt like everything else. So the Garda “review” was just Flanagan telling them to shut it down as it doesn’t add anything to the gravy train for TD’s.

Pigs. When they aren’t executing unarmed suspects or “investigating” brothels they aid in demonizing harmless substances because publicans whinge to their TD relatives because they lose money. The gateway drug to cutting down on booze? Back to the pubs all of you! Never mind the strain that alcohol abuse puts on public A&E wards every weekend.

I note a government minister owes a tidy sum for rates..

Love those business genii in FG, Regina ‘private police force’ Doherty, Michael ”not a FG member but still supports them and gets the goodies for Tipp’ Lowry and now Ciaran ‘can’t pay the rates’ Cannon.

These are some bigly business peeples.

It’s fairly ridiculous when there’s another establishment, called “CBD Ireland”, a few hundred metres away from Bloom, and across the road from a Garda station, that has had no issues selling CBD coffee and bud as well as many other CBD products.
That other café is a bit clinical – seating and atmosphere wise – where as Bloom was more chill…. an awful pity, me thinks.

What a joke this situation is, these products do no more harm than having a beer and should be sold to the public with no restrictions.
