€140,000 is cheap housing?
It’s not a house, it’s a an aluminium structure mounted on cavity blocks.
too late, posh boy eoghan will be hailing them as the solution to the housing crisis..
ah he won’t sure he was on telly the other day telling us that the housing crisis is slowing down, i think ‘considerably’ was the word he used. So everyone relax, it’s nearly over.
Staunton’s at Brittas Bay has definitely been open since the 50’s
Take that, Bray
Stauntons is holiday homes. Ardbrae is permanent residences.
Fairly common in the late 60s housing crisis (which was strikingly similar to the current one); my parents lived in one for a few years before finding a house for sale. Realistically even the newest highest spec ones are still horrible to live in in the winter though so its not a “solution” I’d like to see rolled out
FWIW: if you post as “Cian” you’ll be branded a shill (and worse). Perhaps you should rethink the username? ;-)
I’m fairly certain I was here before the other one.
This is dreadfully confusing
Its the beginnings of a trailer park.
Beginnings?
They just need a rocking chair, shotgun holes and a spit bucket.
To be fair it’s a lot bigger and nicer inside than it looks
If I could get it for 50 I’d be happy enough
Does that come with protected group rights or do you have to apply for those at the local registry office?
