Behold: the Lamborghini Aventador SVJ Roadster – a topless Aventador with a carbon fibre roof panel that stows in the front luggage compartment.
Lamborghini’s ‘active aero’ system keeps things calm in the cockpit at speed but o therwise, the 770bhp V12 retains the nippy 350km/h top speed and 2.9s 0-100km/h acceleration of its solid-topped sister.

“roadster”?
Quite.
We’ve been over this before.
And as long as we all remember a roadster is a two seater convertible/cabrio/targa/soft-top, we’ll be golden.
Absolutely beautiful, love a good roadster!
Am I right that that style, with removable hardtop, is a targa, not a cabriolet? The Fiat X1/9 was the same, and that’s what I think it was.
Although saying ‘Fiat x1/9’ in the same article as this beauty is probably a little outré
Ricockulous car.
What a lovely ROADSTER.
Why do so many of these look like a Transformer:
Push the wrong button while driving and what does it turn into?
A field.
Fugly, like most lambo’s…in fairness.
Not ‘in fairness,’ in fairness. More like in your ‘opinion’ – and a very boring opinion it is, in my opinion.
You make a good point…in fairness.
