I have been to more restaurants where they definitely seem to employ Peppiers. I almost expect them to offer choices of pepper, with different mills for different origins, and occasionally to wax lyrical on the benefits of cracked rather than ground.
what about agnostalgia – a sense of longing for a time or event you didn’t actually experience.
Like, maybe Flower Power, flying a Spitfire in the Battle of Britain, being in the GPO in 1916 – all that sort of thing.
