Messily repaired and overloaded with layers of cable for decades (the government has promised to phase them out by 2022) they’ve been captured for posterity as a metaphor for the country’s ‘entangled reality’ by local photographer Sounak Das.

    Must be a really interesting magnetic field with all that coiled currant.
    Wouldn’t stand nearby with any gadgets (I had planned to go to Bangladesh and stand there, so I’ll cancel me trip now)
