Behold: the BMW Vantablack X6 – a regular BMW X6 SUV with a carbon nanotube paint job. Tricked out by Surrey NanoSystems in kidney-grille enhancing, reflection-suppressing, light-gobbling Vantablack, the car will debut at the Frankfurt Motor Show next month.

Darker’n a black steer’s tookus on a moonless prairie night.

Maybe not that dark.

I really hope it’s the new S-VIS Vantablack and not the vanilla kind, which may as well be asbestos with how dangerous it is to be around.

RSA – cyclists!! Wear high vis and look like a Christmas Tree! Lights, strobes the works!

Blacker than black car = this is fine.

Also, install illegal tinting on screens and windows. Ah, shure, why not stick one of those rotating scythes on the wheels to de-limb pedestrians.

I want to hate it. I really, really dislike BMWs but I actually love the look of this.

so it’s basically a really expensive machine designed to kill children on the roads…

and it’s to be controlled by BMW drivers….
    Brilliant.

Always loved a black car so this is excellent. A quick search suggests a price of around a million to spray a car.
