Sarah Elaine writez:

Tune in here
EARLIER:
This afternoon.
Libraries Ireland tweetz:
“Great news! It’s now possible to join the library online and use Borrow Box straight away! Just go to Libraries Ireland, complete the registration, set a PIN and you’ll be able to log in to Borrow Box with those details to download eBooks and audiobooks.”
And it’s FREE!
Are libraries closed? Asking because I’m due to return some books. Now I might actually get to read them.
Librarian here Pee! Libraries are closed until March 29th, if you have books out you can hang to them until we open again. Enjoy!
Thanks Sheepeyes. Mind yourself.
Borrowbox is brilliant! I’ve been making good use of it, especially at the moment. Missing my local library in a big way already.
All the good stuff is borrowed til April.
Pfffft.
There is no shame in listening to erotica, andy. None.
We need to see more of this kind of thing. Good news.
Some really interesting things happening under the new libraries strategy. They’re being reimagined as community hubs, education and training facilities, maker spaces, 3D printing etc.
