Tennis coach Garreth O’Carroll
This isolation season…
…give the gift of tennis.
Coach Garreth O’Carroll writes:
I’m delighted to offer some Coaching Clinics for budding tennis players when these restrictions lift in the South Dublin and North Wicklow areas.
Tennis is one of the few sports where social distancing protocols can be adhered to and is proven to be excellent for training focus, reducing stress and improving Cardio Fitness.
I have five gift Vouchers available for half price at €100. Each Voucher is worth 4 private lessons.
Most my lessons are conducted in Deansgrange [County Dublin] but I can travel if there are local public courts near you.
Why not check out my profile and if you have any questions pop me an email. Stay safe and hopefully see you on the court soon.

I was looking forward to playinglock down tennis until i realised you constantly handle the same balls
When restrictions lift a little hopefully you can get back to it. One player Serves 2nd serves only for a whole set to prevent injury and only that player handles the balls. You don’t have to pick them up when point breaks down, just flip them with racket. Could be awhile before we can do that but many formats we can use with one player handling ball and keeping social distance. Hope you get out soon.
All the courts have been locked up by DCC near us and Tennis Ireland send a message to all affiliated clubs saying not to play .
We loved playing tennis in Ringsend Park until they locked them.
Also- how do you win a voucher ?
Same for my local courts. Been locked up for weeks.
@schnoiikkk. Vouchers not for winning. Just doing 1/2 price gift vouchers. Cheers
