      Looks like you basic peaceful protestors first aid station,where they keep hand santizer,masks which it looks like they all wearing them and nicely social distancing, and probably some gas masks if they have the budget, some saline or eye wash just in case the RUC-sorry the Guards attack and pepper spray them.
