Even The Wheels Are Michelin

Saturday.

Kearneystown, Celbridge, County Kildare.

The two-Michelin star Aimsir restaurant  runs a takeaway service called Every Cloud, from a food truck parked in front of the restaurant’s polytunnel.

Takeaway slots for collection can be booked online, and all the food is served in compostable boxed containers and cups, so it can be eaten in the garden or brought home.

In fairness.

Aims it is a stunning restaurant albeit pricey. Ate there just before Christmas and have to say it was stratosphericly good. Planned to get back in March but then the inevitable hit. Tried to book a slot for the weekend gone but they were booked out. For now tho, Kildare residents need apply.

I don’t care how good their food may be- if they are wearing muzzles in the outdoors then I’d be swiftly moving on.
