I like “the ground beneath her feet” although admittedly it’s a Salman Rushdie collaboration.

Shame the RTE one is full of attention seekers who ruined the photos with their mugging and posing.

Also are RTE staff exempt from social distancing or are these composite photos?

The whole point of photographing through a window was for social distancing. When you have RTE presenters rubbing shoulders with each other then it becomes absolutely meaningless.

    Proof, again
the RTÉ are incapable of extracting any home grown ideas from their own well minded Payroll
That is either new or imaginative

Lovely project, at the start, I really enjoyed Ruth’s Twitter feed during Lockdown
But giving it to RTÉ to hack has cheapened it

It now looks used, and worn
Like a tatty fake knock off

    Sorry.

Any sign of Year End 2019 accounts btw
    Anyone?

They’re nice shots but sadly the idea is not very original and had been done by a number of other photographers around the globe in various guises at the beginning of the pandemic. ‘Doortraits’ were also very common.

        Well
They were original to this philistine

        And thanks for the Doortraits
A nice addition to the vocab Is always welcome

I’m not a bit afraid of who I am
And on matters of arty stuff
        I’m pure muck savage
Loud – but on this – not so proud
I’d love to have even a shingle of artistic temperament
So I tend to be far more patient and tolerant of people that call themselves artists and creatives

But my indulgence doesn’t make me any less a barbarian who’s been known to binge on Dwayne the Rock Johnson fillums

Am glad to see Ruth Medjber got the call to do this instead of copying the work. Some pics do like they were potato-shopped. Understandable in these Covid-aware times

I’m a bit confused about why it’s not the RTE presenters in their actual homes with their families… Like I assume Dobbo, Mims and Rachael English don’t live together in some bizarre threesome. Seems kind of a pointless exercise if it’s not genuine.
