Stop that!
Car-loathing punky tykes.
Name that jammer, anyone?
Meanwhile…
Whatever became of them?

Anyone?
Avenger
…don’t know the jammer but those are chef trousers…
The name sounds familiar. I saw them at least once. In Toner’s I think.
Mama’s Boys were in the Baggot and it was 50p cheaper to get into Toner’s, but I don’t remember anything else.
Underaged drinking was all the rage at the time. You lot wouldn’t understand.
Ahhhh…. Mama’s Boys :) The McManus bothers, great in their day

…do you read me? Over.
Looks a little like a Morris Marina. Pete Way from UFO used to wear trousers like that around 1978 I seem to remember. Alos.. Mama’s boys…. Official bootleg. saw them support Motorhead and Sabbath in dalymount 1983. Happy days.
I saw them supporting UFO at the National Stadium in their former guise as Pulse.
I got Lemmy’s autograph at Dalymount that day. Also twisted sister and anvil on the bill.
BTW for anyone who hasn’t seen anvil – the movie, you’re missing out. Can’t wait for when Nick does a golden discs voucher for best rock n roll movie..
Now that I think about it, it wasn’t Mama’s Boys.
And it wasn’t New Versions.
It was the Resistors.
My favourite band back then was the Muff Divers, but I had to take 2 buses to get to see them AND pay for a taxi home… by myself… obviously.

Ah Mama’s Boys, that brings me back!
Was there a kidnapping?
They weren’t my kinda thing but I’ve a vague recollection…
The last of the police pursuit specials
Who remembers the early ’70s outfit with the horrendous name of Adolf Jamrag?
