“Talent in Architecture and Urban Design” in Dublin? Are ya feckin serious ?!?
Zero joined up thinking, 50 meter@ apartments with no natural light , Most apartment blocks with no play areas or storage , developer and greed led planning and zero public transport or infrastructure

Within Yards of the failed Ballymun project , a few short years after knocking them down in realisation …..a. 20 storey apartment block is planned ….and another over looking St Annes , so the rich owners can view thepublic facility as their own and destroy its sense of space ….and the Greens think this is cause for celebration?1?

    Its as delusional as Brexit

If the purpose is to show the world how to turn a city into an utter sh!thole , then your in the right area , DCC , Planners Architects and Developers have managed that brilliantly , with help from the utterly inept and lazy Gardai

But I imagine this will be more a middle class circle jerk and the usual state of denial of just how awful the Irish state professions are at …well Anything !!(except lining their own pockets)
