Killeen East, County Roscommon.

Archaeological Management Solutions writes:

A documentary outlining the results of archaeological excavations undertaken in the townland of Killeen East, Co. Roscommon in advance of the construction of the N5 Ballaghaderreen-Scramoge road project.

This short film focuses primarily on the excavation of an Early Medieval enclosure, souterrains and burials excavated at Killeen East 2. It also shows the excavation of a ring barrow at Killeen East 1 and burnt mounds at Killeen East 3, all of which are of probable Bronze Age date…

Can you show me an instance where archaeology delayed an infrastructural project?
I’ll wait, I know it takes you a while with the big words.

yeah who gives a toss about understanding history or mankind’s development, pfff science ! Is the bible good enough for you ? Without archeology people would probably believe the bible, they’d have no sense of how short out time has been on this planet, the dinosaurs journey or how our civilizations evolved, who wants to know anything about the earth before written history sure ?
You probably don’t even realize that the Irish are top of their game in experimental archeology…

Three. It takes three years to get a degree. (I feel bad that I have to tell you this). All of it free.
Are you really this thick or will we just blame the weed?
Upper class and rich I am not, similar to everyone I know in archaeology.
Instances of delayed projects, please. I answered your questions, idiotic as they are.
