Not much was really made of Judge Frank Roe’s acquaintance with the defendant, Richard Flynn, whom he acquitted. Roe should never have presided over the trial.
At the time it was widely mentioned that a Fianna Fáil politician was in the house that night. Anyone know who that might have been?
