    Charger’s Jab Jibber-Jabber™

On Bank Holiday Monday this week, the last day we have figures for, only 3,451 vaccines were administered throughout the whole of Ireland.
On the same day in the UK 105,334 vaccinations were registered.
Yesterday, more than half a million vaccines were administered in the UK.
The number of people who’ve had both doses of a Covid-19 vaccine is 6,091,477 after 407,968 second jabs were given.
The number of people who’ve had at least one dose of a Covid-19 vaccine is just under 32 million.
Meanwhile more on the risk of clots from the AstraZeneca jab.
The UK’s medicines agency the MHRA say the normal rate of cerebral venous sinus thrombosis (CVST) is 5-16 cases per million people per year.
The current rate among people who have received the AstraZeneca vaccine is 2 cases per million people over 3 months.

Something about the Eton-Chav taking credit for an idea Tony Blair gave to somebody in the NHS… but I couldn’t quite make it out cause of the foot in his mouth…

Tomorrow’s installment is the ground under the barrel he’s scraped completely through.

        1. Fergalito

He went through the bottom of the barrel in 2015, bored his way through to the core of the earth and eventually out the far side and back to the top of the now bottomless barrel.

Like Sisyphus or a mid-tier circle of hell he is doomed to this repetitious existence.

It’s a topless (ooh er missus) bottomless barrel from whatever way yer standing.

“Roll out the barrel, roll out the barrel of chum..”

      BOOM !
The UK has now fully vaccinated the equivalent of the entire Irish population with 545,511 new vaccines issued yesterday with a record number of second doses totally 449,269.
The number of people who’ve had both doses of a Covid-19 vaccine in the UK is 6,540,746 or 9.79% of the total population.
New figures also show that Blighty now has the lowest infection rate of any country in Europe.
Meanwhile, the EMA is investigating four reports of ‘rare blood clots with low platelets’ – similar to the condition seen in a handful of AZ recipients – in people who have taken the Johnson & Johnson vaccine.

The BBC News was able to say both communities were rioting – what garbage. Good to see the Torygraph covering the big news in the north, Rory McIlroy’s father.

Slippy fat fingers seems to be a Govt’ thing…Niall Collins,Timmy Dooley….and now Sir Kneel Richmond…’It just happens’….ffs.

    2. GiggidyGoo

FGer does what FG/DUPer does. They’ve worked hard to try unravel the good friday agreement. John Bruton must be licking his lips at the thought of more deaths in NI.

Can anyone tell me what is really going on up north?
I’m at a loss and it’s becoming a bit distressing to witness.

      1. goldenbrown

        lol, sport you say?

well in that case the best result of all here is that all this engineering to dump Norn Iron onto us is well and truly down the jacks

your red trouser brigade will get to keep and pay handsomely for their failed plantation project for at least another 50 years

      2. ian-Og

Here’s hoping Goldenbrown. I don’t want loyalist bomb down here.

Or the inevitable drug wars between them and our own scumbags.

The trauma of realising Boris and Lizzie don’t want you – they have enough plebs in their life already

    2. Charlie

Unionist scrotes just being scrotes. Basically a bunch of kiddie scrotes told by their scrotey parents that Brexit is a disaster(shock horror) and they should go out and scrote. So, off they went a scrotin’. That’s about it.

    3. Donald McCarthy

The north is a different country, they do things differently. Much more northsplaining is needed. Charger offers a reverse southsplaining service but his avuncular admonitions are not well received whereas the north waits eagerly for the south to tell it as it is. History is never miraculous, it runs on rails defined by memetic protocols and imperatives but thankfully the age of history is over as we enter the age of chaos and extinction. Our inability to understand this merely confirms how necessary it is. Hunger in the DRC,atlantic meridional overturning circulation system running amoc, anatoxin release, tectonic compression and rebound, melting, flooding, storming, burning and crop failures all over the shop but the dreary steeples rise.

Re: Irish Examiner; Half of babies missing health checks.

    Grammatically discuss/ discuss grammatically…

    1. Donald McCarthy

Missing adults in the north caused an all-Ireland frenzy while babies missing in the south remained missing for many years. The silence of the Tuam lambs is deafening as the powerful do not care and those who care are powerless.

      1. U N M U T U A L

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again…

The silence from those currently advocating for experimental vaccines… , yet crying foul re mother and baby homes which at the time locked people away and also experimenting on some babies for the greater good, is also deafening…

        ‘Wellcome™ to Ireland™

We currently may all not be sick,
but we all should be sick of it by now!

    2. Janet, chatty mammy

my two week check was done over the phone because they don’t want people at the surgery despite the fact I have no medical training or way to weigh her/ take temperature/ listen to lungs, I ended up bringing her to crumlin to get something checked, my six week check is being lumped in with her vacines visit, way past six weeks, this is a pain too, I had complications and wouldn’t mind an all clear to start gentle exercises, basically don’t feel like I have proper follow up, sure I’m not alone.

One million reasons to be hopeful? Why would I be hopeful, I don’t have any HSE family members, I’m not teaching some CEOs kids nor am I a corrupt ex union boss.

Most of us will be lucky to get a few drips of vaccine some time Autumn ’22, maybe even Spring ’23 at this rate.

    1. Micko

Here’s hoping you get it sooner than later.

But without knowing your age Ian. Unless you’re quite old or have a serious underlying condition, you should be grand man.

As I’ve said before, about 10 of my pals have had it now and we’re all grand. We’re all in our early to late 40’s.

      Anyway – keep hopeful.

    1. ian-Og

Yes but its for “good causes” or some such shyte. Reminds me of Google and their corporate mission statement: Don’t be evil.

While spying on most of the planet and generally being dicks.

But The Edginess is there so its, em, edgy?

        1. Charger Salmons

          Me too pal.
There’s an ice-cold beer waiting for me at my favourite Med beach bar.
The Union Jack budgie-smugglers have been power-hosed ready for another summer of energetic use.
After the second jab it will be game on.
          Have it.

    1. scottser

in the current climate, a theme of anti-establishment would make a pretty cool friday tunes competition.

An early attempt at the coveted ” Stupidest Post of the Day ” award sponsored by Knuckle-draggersRus.

She had insufficient paperwork, didn’t respond to emails and still has time to apply properly.

‘ A Home Office spokesperson said that Ali’s application to the EU Settlement Scheme was refused because she failed to provide evidence of her residence in the UK.

“She is able to reapply to the scheme by 30 June 2021 and we encourage her to get in touch with the helpline where our dedicated staff can support her to provide the requested evidence. ‘
