    Rather that than heroin, perhaps legalising some drugs might work as policing drugs sure as hell isn’t. You would hope people would have a bit of basic decency to do this in private rather than on a park bench in front of kids.

    There’s been a big increase in the large bottles of nitrous being left around the city. I counted 4 discarded in the flats off Meath st this morning. One step away from glue sniffing, if you ask me.

    Is it possible it is that other giggle inducing gas? If they are inhaling helium for squeaky voices that can be hilarious :-)
