The Examiner lead story about the vaccine passports.
Proof that the Keystone Kops are alive and well and living in Dáil Éireann.

        Indeed.

        The judge sentenced her.

While the judge also wasn’t wearing a mask

But they have special judge anti covid powers

I myself was not in the court to see if this judge was or was not.

I was in for jury duty last week. In a room everyone kept distant. Escorted to the court using distance protocols.
All support staff were cleaning and masked.
Judge and various staff all separately / appropriately screened – so they had no specific requirement to wear a mask.

It was a very clearly established system that had been worked out. It was unfortunately very slow and resource heavy ( cost ). However each person involved seemed to do their part safely according to their requirements. I won’t fault them on that.

“ All support staff were cleaning and masked. “

Servant class doing their job well then. ;)

Wow that Examiner article about indoor dining is a real coronary rollercoaster eh…? Me poor heart

People could be fined 2k for forging certs – Panic!

However it will be up to the individual proprietors to police the rules – Ahhh Calm…

BUT, the HSE will employ 350 inspectors to police the premises and perform checks – PANIC!!!

But, these inspectors will only work OFFICE HOURS. Ruling out night time checks. Ha ha ha!

Ah Ireland, you little backward isle of absolute gobpoopery.

    Never change ;)

    1. SOQ

How does one prove they have recovered from Covid-19?

Is that the same as having a PCR positive test?

If antigen tests are accepted- do you have to show the actual result?

      1. MR.T

You have to have tested positive at the time, and then subsequently negative.
If you got it and recovered and didnt bother for a test, you’re out of luck.

For some reason antigen tests are to be looked at “at a later date”
        beggars belief

The ‘Irish’ Times promoting vile UDA sectarianism as usual.. it’s like 100 years of hate and abuse never happened..

Well, well, well. Quelle Surprise? Daffy does as predicted, and prepares the sell out. Continuing the long FFG tradition of lying to the population.

      1. Rosette of Sirius

It is of course Pascal Donohoe, who, suffers from a mild speech impediment – somewhat akin to Daffy Duck’s albeit exaggerated speech from those Loony Tunes cartoons. He loves a good vicious insult does our Giggidy at FF/FFG’s expense. Imagine if any of them had a unique name from a foreign land and the fun he could have with that?!

        1. GiggidyGoo

Has he a speech impediment? I think you’re the one who needs to look at what you’re posting. I don’t think he has a speech impediment. You’re right when you mention Cartoon though – and that’s exactly what I’m getting at. Similar to the Keystone Kops reference I made earlier, FFG are laughable.

          1. GiggidyGoo

Obviously didn’t fit in with your agenda. If you want to harp on some imaginary impediment, that’s your issue. Shame your own devil.

(I also call Harris, Boo Boo Harris. As in ‘what’s the matter Yogi’. Another laughable FFG production)

          2. GiggidyGoo

I think I gave an explanation above, Tarzan.
Sorry I didn’t float your boat Rosette.

          3. Rob_G

I don’t see an explanation either; what is it precisely about the man that reminds you of Daffy Duck?

        1. GiggidyGoo

Why would you ask that if you don’t know who Daffy is?.

The three wise men are out in style today.

Two Olympic athletes from one small town in Sligo, Grange with a population of around 600. Not bad going.
    G’wan Mona & Chris.
Mona and her family won “Ireland’s Fittest Family” in 2019.

    1. Charlie

I’ve curious too. Who ever watches that? It’s obviously very popular outside the Pale. Is it a kinda GAA thing?
