This afternoon.

Minister for Finance Paschal Donohoe TD arriving at a press briefing following agreement from his Cabinet colleagues to approve the drafting of the Central Bank (Individual Accountability Framework) Bill, the main purpose of which is to ‘improve accountability in the financial sector’.

Among its recommendations is the establishment of a Senior Executive Accountability Regime (SEAR), which will place ‘obligations on firms and senior individuals within them to set out clearly where responsibility and decision-making lies’.

Oh, stop laughing.

he’s like an anti-masker.. theres this here, in the article photo, and last week or so when he met that EU crowd for breakfast, all unmasked in a small low ceiling room. he’s one of the most brazen “one rule for you one for us” officials.
