She’s a knacker.
Disgraceful word to be using.

Ah here … That’s disgusting language. Shame on you.
Most of it was just a case of a good woman doing a decent job
she still won’t ride u
Let’s go to Paris
ha
they won’t ride you there either ;)
Something not right in the head with her I think. I think she actually believed what she was saying when she was saying it. Confirmation Bias on auto-pilot. Much like our resident holder of the black book of childish phrases.
You think she believed she had bought these people’s mortgages from financial institutions that she had never even been in contact with?
And that she believed she had signed and posted out paperwork that never existed??
And that she believed her accomplice who she hired to pretend to be a solicitor was really a solicitor???!
She has multiple fraud convictions but has somehow never been imprisoned.
It’ll be interesting to see if that changes this time..
At the instant she was telling her victims, it really did seem like she believed it herself. Yes, premeditated of course. Just an observation.
I think she’s just so used to lying that it’s second nature to her. I agree the way she can just look someone in the eye while she knows she’s destroying them financially and bringing untold stress upon them and to do it with a smile and some cheery chit-chat is pretty sinister to watch!
The sociopathic make for very good liars. They don’t have any of the attendant ‘tells’ a person with a conscience does. They’re lack of empathy also frees them from guilt for their own actions. The best way to sniff them out is to appeal to their self grandiosity.

have you read this ?
sorry was too lazy/tired to type title
I haven’t Janet, but I’ve done a lot of research into dark triad types. What set me off was reading a book in my early 20s – ‘The Psychopaths Bible’ by Dr Christopher H Wyatt. He was a psychiatrist (& psychopath) -and reading it completely changed my schema of the world, it took me a year to get over it.
I re-read it two years ago and while it didn’t have the same shocking emotional impact, it did re-affirm the shape of external reality.
I went to NUIG as a mature student hoping for some further elucidation in Psych, but found that they were devising psychometric testing to be used in the private/public sphere that was actually selecting for, not against these types. It doesn’t make the current paradigm more palatable, but it does make it more understandable.
Only <1% or so of a population will be full blown psycho/sociopaths, another 4% will be sub-clinical – that is – they will actively work against their conciseness if they're paid to do so (ISAG etc).
Genuine question, are you referring to yourself re black book of childish phrases? I can’t think of anyone else on here that repeats the same phrases over and over and over and over and over and over again (ad nauseum) as much as you do, honest!
Genuine answer. No.
Genuine question to you now. Have you used any other names here, coming back over and over and over again.?
Well if you didn’t mean yourself then there was an awful lot of unintended projection going on in your first comment.
Re your question to me (which I thought we had already been thru (there’s that ad nauseum part happening again)) I believe I made one (1) single comment under a different username around 2010 and then didn’t comment again until I started recentlyish, under which its always been this username (having forgotten the previous one). Out of (not all that much) interest, who is it that you think I previously was in a past iteration?
Final thoughts – I think you’re a little paranoid.
Final thoughts on you Oro, you’ve an obsession with childhood education that should put you on a groomer list. Dodgy.
I’d normally pay no heed to you Chris, but honestly I think this comment is in such bad taste, totally inappropriate and should be removed. Good old “gay people are child groomers” accusations belong in the past, but I suppose that’s where your brain is :/
My comment had nothing to do with gay people, just you.
Suuuuuuure it didn’t. It’s always just a coincidence.
Projection? Do you even know the meaning of that word and when to use it?
I haven’t had any previous conversation with you regarding your username (s). What were you saying about being paranoid? And ‘ad nauseum’?
Here you are ‘ mashing the keyboard’ at 2.55 am. Funny that you found it a source of contempt to write of Steph Pinker not so long ago as ‘ mashing the keyboard at 2.33am’ (You used the word ‘paranoia’ in that thread too mind you, and on another thread when you were ‘debating’ with SOQ.. Is that your go-to word that you think protects you somehow?) You seem to repeat it over and over and over – as nauseum.
Final thoughts? I think you’re just a troll.
Ah so you did remember me typing out the exact same reply at that point re my ‘previous usernames’. You’ll forgive me for mixing up you and SOQ, I hardly need to explain that to you. Also if you read my reply to steph at that time you’ll also see I mentioned I don’t live in the same time zone, it’s not as late here so that doesn’t land the same way sorry. I say people are paranoid when they insist others are using multiple usernames (without any reason), and I’d still say it, you’re paranoid.
And to go back to my first point, nobody repeats mindless phrases on here as much as you, so you were projecting, whether consciously or not.
Ah – no I didn’t. But as you pointed out on one of your various replies to Micko, it took 5 seconds in a google search to find.
You still don’t know what projection means, and in what context to use the word.
As for repetition of mindless words/phrases. You’re a dab hand at that. Your safe word is paranoia and it various uses. You use it over and over and over ad nauseum.
As for time Zones – you said too you were now living west of Ireland, so the US then? so you are at least just after 3am, behind us. What way did that land?
Did I insist you were using multiple usernames? Or is that, erm, paranoia on your behalf?
Finally, you’ve gone from ‘I think you’re paranoid’ to ‘you’re paranoid’. (There’s your favourite safe word again)
I still think you’re a troll. You’ve done nothing to indicate otherwise.
Just to close this out:
“Your safe word is paranoia and it various uses. You use it over and over and over ad nauseum.”
You’ve located me using this word three times. Should I do an analysis of how many times you’ve typed and posted ‘scan the code’? Or any of your dumb catchphrases? Honestly I think we’d be above 500. Your s**tposting is incomparable.
“As for time Zones – you said too you were now living west of Ireland, so the US then? so you are at least just after 3am, behind us. What way did that land?”
You don’t know how time zones work clearly. I left my last comment last night before midnight my local time. As I said, you didn’t land it the first time, or the second. Par for the course.
“Did I insist you were using multiple usernames?”
If you reread I didn’t say that you did. But you are Blanch, you are paranoid ;) . And G, there’s few as trollish as you on here. And nobody confuses their not getting it with getting it quite like you.
Poor attempt at closing out.
I gave three examples of your use of the word paranoid and variants. There are more.
“ I say people are paranoid when they insist others are using multiple usernames..” So you’ve said i’m paranoid. Maybe you should re-read what you’ve written.
“scan the code” was used when a particular poster made simpleton comments to me. Kinda like yourself actually. Do try and keep up. Good to see it was worth using the phrase, and the accompanying QR Code though. Not mindless at all then.
I know exactly about time zones. Check your posting times, over the past while. You’re a spoofer.
Oh yeah – i still think you’re a troll, and you’re more than likely the paranoid one (low self esteem etc.)
Oro sé do bheath abhaile?
It works!
Allow me to amend Upton Sinclair’s ever-reliable quote on such matters…
“It is difficult to get a (wo)man to understand something when his (her) salary depends upon his (her) not understanding it.”
This comment demonstrates perfectly just how clueless you are in life.
Incredible story, genuinely interested to know how she got the contact details of all of these people that were struggling to pay their mortgages.
That’s a very good question.
A GDPR breach from the bank would give the lads a chance of getting their money back.
Hopefully she hasn’t been scouring FB groups for those in mortgage arrears but I wouldn’t be surprised
I hope they can find good representation, that will look into possible corporate malfeasance etc.
Back of Court rooms, outside Courts
Usually there are people offering support, taking names
Suggesting, then referring and introducing. % of Money received usually, but sometimes fixed.
Then you have the meetings and roadshows
Protests Rallies
with persons you already know the names of
they all charge, eventually
I know this scene very intimately
and I can say this with supporting backup that would make you weak
People go to these off book, back room, unregulated, under the table operators for a reason
And unfortunately
none of the victims in this fake mortgage buy out scam will get any relief
Buyer Beware stuff
The most obvious is the appointment and authority paperwork, none of it was present
then, the Legals,
When these distressed mortgage holders drew down these mortgages and purchased their properties, solicitors were all over all sides, the buyer / borrower, the seller, and the lenders.
Did any one of them engage a solicitor to check this new mortgage contract or that changing the one they were already subject to was on the up and up?
Market Value – how in the name of anything sensible did they think they would get a new mortgage contract for below the market value of their respective properties.
And then there is the process of buying delinquent loans from retail lenders loan books
These are done in bundles, sometimes through bids and tenders, after 100’s of thousands of due diligence etc legal fees. And there is nothing in C Carey’s price range.
These are in the millions – and bidders don’t get to decide what is in the bundle.
This scam all goes back to the transferring of property deeds over to ‘Trusts’
She was named then, and these Trusts were – well ye know the rest
If anything happens here at all it will be revenue and cab
maybe the professional bodies will sue her for impersonation
I’m disappointed the firm where she trained – ahem,
hasn’t been named, now why is that?
Most irksome part for me is how vague she was with them. “Your contracts are in the post”, “I have your contracts here” etc.. What contracts? It’s gobbledygook. Her scam wasn’t even clever.
If you were targeting people to try and gain a quick buck or 30,000, these guys in mortgage arrears would probably be quite far down the list. Quite the saleswoman.
The banks however would be disappointed to learn that despite not being able to pay their mortgages they could find money for this unscrupulous vamp.
No doubt she has an instinct for picking the right victims. My point is really just that to the trained eye she clearly does not have a notion about how property and mortgages work. Just enough to fool people who know even less.
As of last month just €488.10 left.

I’d never be a DJ, especially if my accountant cost me E60,000 for a failed business.
Records are very expensive nowadays.
